I'm about 115 pounds. How fast I can get out of this engine? What what speed would leave a 148cc engine?

I did some petrol (gas in the U.S.) of the bicycle with a 24cc engine attached. I had to jam the accelerator completely open and could maintain a speed of about 20-25 mph, but had to sell to get to first gear, for a leaf blower motor I have not yet been bad! So it's possible, but very little power, there are kits on ebay that bolt directly on a bike if your not sure how to make one, there are some videos Gasoline Bicycle youtube people.

I read that the diesel has more emissions and has more sulfur emissions are dirtier diesel – is that for the environment?. Why diesel is considered more? Is it because feul efficiency to a diesel vehicle means that use less feul? And if so, what is that efficiency – a diesel vehicle of goodwill, maybe get 30% – 50% more mileage then that means that emissions are less than 30% – 50% worse than gas / petrol engine? Or are there other factors in this argument I have not thought of?
